We want you to love your glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our website. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and a small processing fee may apply to returns.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS or USPS shipping label to download and print at home.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in the original box if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
